Developing musical literacy forms a key part of a rounded education for performers, composers and listeners of all kinds. An understanding of how written symbols relate to the elements of music and having the skills to interpret and translate them into sounds, empowers us to communicate and experience music in a meaningful way.
Most of the qualifications and standards are typically based on the western music and classical instruments. Cavendish team has been trying to extend these standards across the eastern specifically Middle Eastern instruments and music.
Cavendish International Music Certification services is managed by Mrs Marjan Ravandi an accomplished musician in her own rights and several professionals with specialisation in different instruments.
Our music theory and practical exams follow closely the ABRSM Music theory and practice requirements which are available for Grades 1–8.
